The installation "Dolomite, Granite, Gabbro, Diorite, Septarian, Basalt" for the HydePark Art Center Gala consisted of a grid of handmade stones in ceramics and stones found at Lake Michigan in Chicago. This installation seeks to be a visual and tangible metaphor representing building a path and the importance of collectively generating opportunities for the community.
Half of the stones were picked up from Lake Michigan, and the other half were done by hand in ceramics as a collaboration in this piece.
