When I am dyeing with natural pigments, I intuitively try to organize my tools and my process by colors. Many times, this prevents contamination between pigments and acids. Some of the rags I used, I began to notice this blurred circle that was created, its shape reminded me of flowers when you see them through a blurred lens. It was also the witness of the slowness and transience of the process to which it belongs. I became more conscious of the rags I used, and I mordanted them to turn them into these representations of flowers, which I then bordered with dyed threads simulating the pollen of these flowers.
